About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Service Assistant to support the Hospitality Supervisor/Manager at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre.

The role involves working with chefs and sales staff to deliver a flawless hospitality experience, often in event settings.

The position is 5 days over a 7‑day week, with weekend and occasional evening work required if players stay on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, serve and clear food and drinks for customers, clients and guests during events.
  • Maintain clean furniture, tables and chairs, ensuring presentation standards.
  • Prepare hospitality food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces.
  • Work independently, taking initiative without direct supervision.
  • Provide high‑level customer service with speed, efficiency and a professional smile.
  • Assist with ordering and deliveries as needed.
  • Ensure all hospitality items are available; report shortages to line manager.
  • Keep hospitality rooms clean and tidy after use.
