Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the team at The National Museum of Scotland. Museum Kitchen is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM. The kitchen serves food from 11 AM to 3 PM. Chef's team also provides daytime catering and evening events on-site.

We Offer:

  • Rate: £14 per hour
  • Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends
  • Contract: Full Time/ Part Time/ Permanent/ Temporary

About the Senior Chef de Partie role:

  • Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
  • General cleaning duties
  • Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
  • Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
