We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant (Hospitality) to join our front of house team at a busy and modern workplace restaurant. You don’t need loads of experience. You’ll be working across a 500 seat staff restaurant, coffee shop and hospitality service, helping to create a welcoming and professional experience for every customer.

Job Description Overview:
We are looking for a positive and reliable Customer Service Assistant (Hospitality) to join our front of house team within a busy workplace catering environment. This is a customer facing role where you will support the day to day running of the restaurant, coffee shop and hospitality services. You will play a key part in delivering a welcoming, efficient and professional service. Experience is helpful, but attitude is more important. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup and service of food counters and hospitality areas
- Serve customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and display at all times
- Keep all service areas, counters and dining spaces clean, tidy and well stocked
- Be visible and approachable during service, responding quickly to customer needs
- Build a good understanding of the food offer to confidently assist customers
- Work across different service areas as required to support the team
- Follow all food safety, health and safety and hygiene standards
- Complete cleaning tasks in line with daily and weekly schedules
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
