Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (between 7.30 am and 17.00 pm)
We're looking for a Barista to join our support function team. On a daily basis you'll be serving coffee to 1500 staff members within the head office of Severn Trent, and also support with food service in our restaurant.
We're looking for a confident Barista with a minimum of 1 year experience; basic latte art skills would be great. You’ll need to be a team player, great with customers, organised and efficient, have excellent timing and a can-do attitude. If this sounds like you then please apply!

Job Description:
- Delight customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas and other drinks using correct methods and equipment to our standards
- Share the story of our menu, provide recommendations to customers and be aware of allergen procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold coffee bar cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
- Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
- Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Assist the team on other tasks as needed
