We are delighted to be recruiting for a Welcome Host to join our front of house team based at one of the world’s most respected and influential business schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a high profile, people focused environment where exceptional service truly matters. As a Welcome Host, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, offering a warm welcome, a professional presence, and a consistently high standard of support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the campus runs smoothly and that every interaction reflects the school’s world class reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, proactive front of house support to all campus users
- Managing contractor access and maintaining accurate key control
- Handling incoming calls and redirecting them via the switchboard
- Supporting in house events, registrations, and campus activities
- Assisting with the campus click and collect shop
- Responding to ad hoc requests with efficiency and a can do attitude
- Acting as a knowledgeable point of information for the campus community
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm – 5/7 days, including weekends
Salary: £30,906 per annum

- Proven experience delivering outstanding service in a customer service, corporate, or hospitality setting
