Sous Chef – Monday to Friday / Mayfair, London

A rare and exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef with a genuine passion for creating exceptional, globally inspired cuisine.

We are a dedicated in-house kitchen team based within a prestigious investment firm in the heart of Mayfair.

Our client values creativity and diversity on the plate with an almost unlimited budget, we source some of the finest ingredients available to bring that vision to life.

We serve two breakfasts and two lunches each week for up to 90 people, with menus that span Japanese, provincial Italian, modern street food, and everything in between.

Culinary inspiration is central to our culture, we regularly dine out at some of London’s best restaurants as part of our menu development process, then recreate the most exciting dishes for our clientele.

This is a weekday only role, Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm with no evenings or weekends, offering a rare work-life balance in the culinary world.

You’ll be joining a hardworking, respectful team who are deeply passionate about food and take pride in delivering high-quality, innovative dishes, while also knowing how to enjoy the process.
