Searcys is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join the team at the IET London: Savoy Place. You will support the Exec/Head Chef, mentor junior kitchen brigade, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver high-end events and bespoke service.
This role is mainly Monday to Friday with some evening shifts, offering a permanent 40-hour contract and a salary of up to £50K per year. Excellent benefits and career development opportunities are provided.
