Portico are seeking an exceptional Residential Security Concierge to join our team at a prestigious, high-end residence in the heart of Knightsbridge. The property features three main entrances, each with its own reception, as well as a loading bay and control room located at the rear of the building. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the safety, security, and service excellence expected in such a prestigious environment.
What You’ll Do
- Maintaining a visible and reassuring security presence across all entrances.
- Following emergency procedures and company protocols with precision.
- Using radio communications effectively to keep the team informed and safe.
- Liaising with authorities during incidents or emergencies.
- Conducting routine patrols to uphold the building’s integrity and safety.
- Monitoring and managing access control systems.
- Operating and observing CCTV, alarms, and security systems to identify suspicious activity.
- Coordinating swift responses with on-site personnel and emergency services.
- Keeping accurate records, logs, and incident reports.
- Acting as the central point for emergency communication and coordination.
- Controlling and verifying vehicle access to the loading bay.
- Inspecting deliveries and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Liaising with delivery drivers and tenants for safe, efficient unloading.
- Supporting internal logistics and goods movement within the building.
Hours: 42 hours per week, 12 hour shifts from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, 4 days on followed by 4 days off. All 4 days on will be either all days or all nights.
Salary: £32,323 per annum
Qualifications
- A Door Supervisor & CCTV SIA Licence are required for this role. Applicants without these licences will not be considered.

- Experience in security, concierge, or front of house roles (preferable).
- Confidence in handling emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- A proactive, observant, and service driven mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a rotating team across multiple entrances.
