We are looking for a candidate experienced in a quick service Restaurant environment and Cafe management to join the team at London Zoo. London Zoo is a world‑famous conservation zoo set in the heart of Regent’s Park, offering visitors a unique chance to connect with wildlife in an inspiring and historic setting. At Benugo, we enhance the visitor experience by operating welcoming cafés across the site, providing freshly prepared food, quality barista coffee, and a relaxing place to pause during the day. Our cafés are designed to suit families, individuals, and groups, offering convenient, high‑quality refreshments that complement a memorable visit to London Zoo.

About the Cafe Manager role
- To supervise, manage and motivate the team
- To make sure that the operation runs smoothly
- To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard
- To continuously work towards improving sales and service
- Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
