Portico are delighted to be recruiting an organised, polished, and people focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a renowned and historic institution in the heart of the West End. This exclusive organisation provides business leaders and executives with a premium membership experience — offering elegant workspaces, meeting areas, networking opportunities, and a programme of seminars, training sessions, and high profile events.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in shaping the experience of every member and guest who walks through the door. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will ensure that every visitor receives a warm, attentive, and professional welcome.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an exceptional meet and greet service for members, guests, and VIP clientele
- Conducting site tours and new member inductions
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard
- Supporting the coordination of onsite events, seminars, and training sessions
- Building strong relationships with members and anticipating their needs
- Upholding the high standards and reputation of this iconic West End location
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, 8am - 8pm (am shift: 08:00-16:30/ pm shift 11:30-20:00)
Salary: £33,723 per annum
