We're looking for a full time Team Leader to help lead our amazing crew at Victoria & Albert Museum Cafe and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience every time!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of front-line staff to provide top‑notch service.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for both staff and guests.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
