Chef de Partie with Pastry Experience – Mon to Fri
Full‑time, temporary. Salary £35,000 – £37,000 per annum. 12‑month maternity cover contract starting in mid‑September.

Responsibilities
- Food preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef; maintain food safety standards.
- Station management – oversee production of all dishes assigned to your station; maintain supplies and cleanliness.
- Quality control – ensure high quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes.
- Team collaboration – communicate effectively with other team members and support colleagues as needed.
- Menu development – collaborate with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Cleaning and maintenance – maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
