Baxterstorey are looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team at the WPS Sites in Preston.

Working as a Chef De Partie for Baxterstorey will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories.

You will not only support the Chef Manager in the day to day running of the sites you will also be required to present the lunch service and play an active part with dealing with the customers and team.

You will need to be a team player with good customer service skills and have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role/environment.

Job Description

  • Hours Per Week: Full time contract 30 hours with 1/2 hour unpaid break 28 hours in total.
  • Salary:£15per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • To prepare food to a high standard
  • To assist in any extra functions.
  • To assist the manager withthe Client Dining, staff restaurant, hospitality and conference food offers when requested by the client
  • To ensure smooth running of daily operations
  • Hygiene and personal hygiene checks
  • To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Baxterstorey Health & Safety Policy
  • To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.
  • Any other reasonable request of Senior Management

  • Very well organized and ability to prioritize work load

DBS required with full security BPSS required before work can commence.
