Job Description
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Lead, develop and motivate the hospitality team through training, coaching, appraisals and regular team meetings.
- Maintain high operational standards, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed of market trends and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, environmental legislation and company policies.
- Plan and deliver hospitality events in collaboration with clients and the events team.
- Produce management reports, complete administrative tasks accurately, and support succession planning and team development.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or catering management experience, ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership, communication and client relationship skills.
- Experience managing teams, budgets and events.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
- Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable).
