We are seeking a highly organised Office and Facilities Assistant to support the effective day to day running of our clients Cambridge office. This role ensures a safe, well maintained, and welcoming workplace while delivering an excellent experience for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate facilities tasks, including maintenance, contractors, and building services
- Conduct routine health & safety checks and support compliance activities
- Manage reception duties, visitor experience, and front of house standards
- Provide administrative and office support, including meeting room preparation and stock management
Hours: 40 Hours per week, shifts from Mon-Fri
Salary: £27,000
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, administration, office support, or facilities roles
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Good IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and maintain high attention to detail
