Manager to support the catering and hospitality strategy for a prestigious, high-profile collaboration that will set new standards for excellence, innovation, and guest experience over the summer.

Job Description

  • To support the daily operations, being hands on during service.
  • To resolve any guest complaints calmly and promptly.
  • Ensure all team members are delivering a great guest experience, whilst upselling where possible.
  • To retain excellent product knowledge of both food and beverage offerings
  • To seek opportunities to innovate and improve throughout.
  • Support and lead the team with kindness and respect, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity, ensuring every person is valued, whilst encouraging their development.
  • Maintain accurate records of Health and Safety, Food Safety and orders.
  • To uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • To attend all training and development course as requested.
  • To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing a food and beverage service
  • Barista experience (advantageous)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs
  • Highly developed attention to detail and record keeping
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience
