We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at Regent's Park. Benugo – Regent’s Park is a stunning and vibrant location, home to several busy café and restaurant units spread across the park. No two days are the same in this fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Compensation & Working Conditions
- Rate: £39,000 per year
- Shifts: 5 days out of 7
- Contract: Full Time
About the Cafe Manager role
- To supervise, manage and motivate the team
- To make sure that the operation runs smoothly
- To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard
- To continuously work towards improving sales and service
- Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
