We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at the famous Natural History Museum. Our cafes at the museum serve freshly made sandwiches, cakes, and barista crafted coffee to thousands of visitors each day.
Shifts: Any 5 days out of 7
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
About the Cafe Manager role:
- To supervise, manage and motivate the team
- To make sure that the operation runs smoothly
- To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard
- To continuously work towards improving sales and service
- Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
