We are looking for Cafe Assistants to join the team at Regent’s Park. The site is open 7 days a week and successful candidates must be fully flexible to work weekends. Experience isn't essential as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months – Opportunity to extend

Start Date: April

Pay: £14.80 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 45 per week

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times through efficient communication & up to date product knowledge
  • Consistently demonstrate and apply health, safety and hygiene standards; maintain high standards of punctuality, attendance and personal presentation
  • Support the wider team through proactive teamwork and cooperation
  • Actively participate and contribute towards achieving goals
  • Maintain up‑to‑date and detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services and procedures
  • Attend any training and/or meetings as required by the company
  • Represent the company and yourself in a professional manner
  • Take responsibility for your own personal development at work and strive to be the best in what you do; take pride in your work
  • Participate in performance reviews and actively engage in discussions around personal performance objectives with relevant line manager(s)
  • Adhere to all statutory company policies and procedures
  • Ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to the health and safety regulations concerning your employment and promote and ensure a safe environment for yourself, your colleagues and clients
  • Any other reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time
