What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting service in a variety of roles both front of house and back of house.
- Assisting with food preparation, basic cooking tasks, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service at counters, tills, and during events.
- Helping with stock rotation, restocking, and general organisation.
- Ensuring all areas are kept clean, safe, and welcoming for visitors.
- Working as part of a team to deliver a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities – General Assistant
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring excellent presentation.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting customer area, including tables, counters, and service points.
- Provide helpful information about the menu, venue, and events.
- Assist with basic food preparation and plating under the guidance of the kitchen team.
- Support dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and general kitchen hygiene.
- Help with setting up and clearing down service areas before and after shifts.
- Monitor and restock supplies in both front and back-of-house areas.
- Rotate stock to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Assist with deliveries, unpacking, and proper storage of goods.
- Follow daily cleaning routines and hygiene protocols across all areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and allergen awareness procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in customer and staff areas.

Qualifications
