Holroyd Howe, Winchester House School are looking for a FOH Supervisor to join the team. We are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and service-driven Supervisor to join our dedicated team at our private boarding school in Brackley, Northamptonshire. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.

Job Description:

Salary: £13 PH x 37.5 hours, working 5 days Monday to Friday term time only (170 days - 165 working days and 5 inset working days).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the catering service, ensuring smooth service across the dining rooms and BOH areas.
  • Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfaction.
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure the school maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings.
  • Oversee events.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a catering environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexible availability as may involve some weekends.
