Portico are currently recruiting for an Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive), based at our Birmingham Multinational Law Firm offices. As a Client Support Executive, you will work across all areas of the Client Support. From providing a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests, to assisting in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events. You will also get involved with other ad-hoc daily tasks and requests via email, phone and the service desk app.

Some of the duties expected of you are:

  • Create & maintain bookings via Condeco
  • Greet Clients & Colleagues
  • Liase with Catering & Facility Teams
  • Consistently maintain excellent standards
  • Manage Parking System
  • Prepare name badges
  • Prepare and maintain Meeting rooms throughout the day

Hours: 21 hours a week / Tues - Thurs - with flexibility for overtime on Mondays and Fridays. Hours between 7am-7pm.

Salary - £14,687

Qualifications: Applicants will need to be passionate, hardworking, ambitious, punctual and able to deliver 5* customer service.
