We are looking for an experienced Team Member to join the team at Benugo Deutsche Bank.
About the Team Member role:
- Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
- Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times.
- Production role – £14.80 per hour. Monday to Friday, paid bank holidays.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in food preparation, production, or food service.
- Knowledge of food safety practices or Level 1 Food Hygiene certification.
- Experience working in a team‑oriented kitchen or production setting.
