We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the team at The National Museum of Scotland. The Museum Kitchen is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM, serving food from 11 AM to 3 PM. The chef's team also provides daytime catering and evening events on-site.
We Offer:
- Rate: £14 per hour
- Shifts: 5 days out of 7 / Mon-Fri / Weekends
- Contract: Full Time / Part Time / Permanent / Temporary
About the Senior Chef de Partie role:
- Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
- Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills
