Our Industrial Services division in Immingham is hiring an experienced HGV Plant Mechanic. This role ensures vehicles and plant equipment are safe and operational.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults on HGVs and plant equipment
- Maintain vehicles to MOT standards and update records
- Service and repair plant machinery to industrial standards
- Support the Transport Manager and maintain a safe, clean workshop
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Work Monday–Friday (38 hrs/week) with paid overtime and weekend call-outs
- Engineering background in Industrial Services, Heavy Plant, HGV, or Transport
- Must have suitable qualification to work on HGV vehicles, and experienced in fault diagnosis
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and high-pressure water jetting
- Knowledge of transport/plant codes of practice
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Must have the right to work in the UK
