Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Hartlebury (Near Kidderminster). The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with managers and team members to provide strategic HR support, including advising on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee queries, guiding leaders on labour and employment law compliance, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and contributing to workforce planning and organizational development. The role also involves coaching managers on best practices, managing HR projects and initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The HR Business Partner will work to foster an inclusive, engaging workplace culture that aligns with WSCS Global’s values and business objectives. Salary experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related sectors is an advantage. Relevant professional qualification or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CIPD or equivalent certification is beneficial. Why Join WSCS?
