This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Hartlebury (Near Kidderminster). The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with managers and team members to provide strategic HR support, including advising on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Handling employee queries
  • Guiding leaders on labour and employment law compliance
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding
  • Contributing to workforce planning and organizational development
  • Coaching managers on best practices
  • Managing HR projects and initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation

The HR Business Partner will work to foster an inclusive, engaging workplace culture that aligns with WSCS Global’s values and business objectives.

Salary & Package: £45,000–£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience implementing and maintaining HR procedures and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of Labour and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and provide guidance to managers and team members.
  • Experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, and supporting development plans.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead HR projects from planning through implementation.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office or similar tools; experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Relevant professional qualification or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CIPD or equivalent certification is beneficial.
