Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days - 8:30am - 4:30pm
Salary: £24,589.50 FTE - This will be pro rata due to term time working

Overview of the role
Receptionist/Administrators ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the busy reception area and office. Within this role you would be responsible for providing administrative support to the curriculum team, ensuring compliance and quality meets company expectations.
The Administrator plays a crucial role in managing academic records, student registration, and ensuring compliance with various academic regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and maintain telephone switchboard and answer machine messages.
- Greet and welcome visitors and students ensuring H&S and safeguarding procedures are maintained.
- Resolve parent/carer queries via the telephone or email.
- Maintain reception area and ensure display certificates are in date
- Input learner attendance onto our internal database system
- Photocopying and Laminating
- Action and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Check security throughout the building/offices each evening before leaving the premises.
- Ensure that WST ICT equipment is booked in & out using booking system & that all equipment is returned to relevant secure cupboard at the end of each day.
- Action post daily
- General filing & archiving
- Organise and distribute stationary order and supplies
- Any other admin duties relating to all departments.
Qualifications and Experience
- An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Administration qualification or Administration experience
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Possess well-developed interpersonal skills and strong commitment to the job role.
