We are a family run arable farming enterprise, based mainly in North Lincolnshire and are seeking an Experienced Farm Worker to join our team. Main duties involve the day to day operating of the farm, for which previous farming experience is a necessity. Additionally, the ability to work as part of a team and communicate on all levels is imperative. We are looking for an applicant with up-to-date knowledge of the latest arable farming practices. An ideal candidate could have relevant agricultural qualifications to college level.

This role includes:

  • Day to day running of the farm, communicating on all levels.
  • Assist with farm compliance, record keeping and machinery policies.
  • Planning and scheduling of arable activities, as well as ensuring work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • An ability to use farm software for precision agriculture is advantageous.
  • Being able to work off one's own initiative and be flexible within the role is essential.
  • An ability to use and navigate modern machinery.
  • A good understanding of the latest machinery and maintenance is essential.

An attractive salary package is available to the right candidate dependant on skills and experience. This is a full-time role and a permanent career opportunity, working 39 hours a week plus seasonal overtime where required. Additional / ongoing training can also be provided where required.
