WRU invites applications for a senior role to lead the strategic and operational delivery of high performance culture, leadership, and psychological development across men’s and women’s rugby. You will shape the Welsh DNA for winning behaviours and align standards and language across national teams and pathways. The role oversees a system-wide learning and development programme, collaborates with clubs, and recruits a high-performing team of practitioners.
