WRU Group invites eligible young people to apply for the Rugby Development Apprenticeship Programme.
The 12‑month programme leads to a Level 4 Foundation in Sport Management and Development, with support from Cardiff Metropolitan University and mentorship from WRU staff.
Salary is £12,515 per year for a 30‑hour week; start date 17 September 2026 at the Principality Stadium, with placements across Wales.
