The role will focus on delivering and developing the WRU’s closed group ticketing processes, which includes debentures, premium supporters, and WRU Clubs. The role will be responsible for the administration, planning and communication for all closed groups. This role will also support the organisation and delivery of debenture events.

The Person:
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Experience working in a customer facing role would be advantageous
- Experience working in a commercial or events role desirable
- Knowledge of Ticketmaster sport XR system and Salesforce is desired
- Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft package
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance
- Ability to communicate and work through the medium of Welsh is desirable
The Role:
- Deliver match day and third party events
- Support in the delivery of the club ticketing programme, including away allocation management
- Create and execute an engagement strategy for all closed ticketing groups
- Assist with customer service training for debentures, clubs and premium supporters
- Point of escalation for debenture, premium supporter and club cases
- Support the administration of closed group ticketing activities
- Work with other areas of the organisation to constantly improve closed group ticketing offerings
- Carry out any additional tasks as requested by the Line Manager
- Carry out duties in support of the WRU Group Strategic Mission, Purpose and Values
WRU Requirements:
- The WRU require that individuals are proficient in IT skills, specifically Microsoft packages.
- Excellent written and verbal communications are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh and a Valid UK Driver's License is desirable.
- This role is subject to a basic/enhanced DBS check.
