Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records and maintain the HR system.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for new starters.
  • Process employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, and leavers.
  • Support absence, holiday, and sickness administration.
  • Assist with payroll administration by ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date.
  • Organise training records and support learning and development activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the business.
  • Provide first-line HR administrative support to managers and employees.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment legislation and GDPR.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
