Overview
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, this HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is a key position within WRS, responsible for the overall HR division for the business, which encompasses Learning and Development and Office Management. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives with regards to people and organisational development.
