Senior Recruitment Consultant (Wind) - United Kingdom

WRS are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with proven experience in the offshore renewables sector (Wind) to join our Offshore division. This is a chance to take ownership of a specialist desk in one of the fastest-growing global markets, connecting top technical talent with leading offshore wind projects.
Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Run a full 360 desk, balancing business development with delivery.
• Leverage your market knowledge to identify opportunities, win new business, and grow accounts.
• Build and manage a strong international network of offshore Wind professionals.
• Partner with clients to deliver workforce solutions across offshore construction, installation, and O&M projects.
• Drive revenue through consistent BD activity, ensuring a high standard of service and delivery.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.

What We\’re Looking For
To be considered, you must bring:

• Proven recruitment experience in offshore renewables – Wind (applications outside the sector will not be considered).
• A strong track record running a 360 desk with both BD and delivery responsibilities.
• Established relationships within offshore wind, marine, or installation contractors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness, resilience, and the drive to succeed in a competitive market.
• The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
