We are currently seeking an experienced HDD & Outfall Lead to support a major offshore installation project. This role will oversee horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and outfall activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution from design through to installation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage HDD subcontractors, including coordination of progress, technical, and risk review meetings
- Review and coordinate subcontractor documentation, including designs, procedures, and as-built records
- Prepare and deliver project reporting for installation and engineering meetings
- Act as the key interface across disciplines (HSE, QA/QC, Engineering, Drafting) and with contractors
- Supervise all HDD site activities, including mobilisation, installation, execution, testing, and demobilisation (onshore and offshore)
- Proven experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) within construction or offshore projects
- Strong understanding of subcontractor management and site execution
- Experience interfacing across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
- Knowledge of diving support operations is advantageous
- Valid OGUK Medical
