You’ll be part of a dynamic, multinational team within WRS, supporting recruitment across the Offshore Marine sector. You will:
- Assist senior consultants in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for offshore and marine roles
- Conduct qualification calls and assess candidate suitability
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients
- Learn client relationship management and understand recruitment needs
- Use recruitment systems and databases to manage candidate pipelines
- Stay up to date with market trends and industry insights within the Offshore Marine industry
