Looking to build a career in a fast-paced, global environment? We’re looking for a Trainee Crewing Officer to join our Maritime team at WRS. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and keen to develop within a commercial, operations-focused role — whether you’re early in your career or looking to transition into something new.
At WRS, we focus on long-term development. You’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, working alongside experienced Account Managers and supporting the coordination of crew logistics for clients across the globe.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting crew travel, rotations, visas, and certification administration
- Liaising with candidates to provide clear travel and contract information
- Maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems
- Checking qualifications and compliance documentation
- Assisting with onboarding packs for placed candidates
- Supporting course bookings and client reporting
