As a Crewing Administrator Apprentice, you’ll join our Maritime team and become part of a busy, supportive, and multinational office environment. You’ll learn how to provide vital administrative support to our Account Managers who coordinate crew logistics for marine clients across the globe. In this role, you’ll gain experience in:
- Supporting with crew travel, rotations, visas, and certification administration
- Liaising with candidates to provide clear travel and contract information
- Maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems
- Checking qualifications and compliance documentation
- Assisting with onboarding packs for placed candidates
- Supporting course bookings and reporting tasks for clients
