Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Location: Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, and surrounding areas

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8‑hour shifts, with overtime and weekend availability

About the Role:

Our client, an established company with over 30 years\’ experience in the asbestos industry, is expanding and seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct asbestos surveys across commercial, domestic, and industrial properties.
• Ensure all surveys are completed in line with current legislation and company procedures.
• Collect and handle asbestos samples safely, ensuring proper transportation to accredited laboratories.
• Produce accurate and detailed survey reports.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• BOHS or RSPH qualification – essential.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in asbestos surveying.
• Professional, self‑motivated, and well‑organised.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.
