About the Role
Our client, a leading demolition and site development company in the Bath area, is expanding their commercial team and looking for a Demolition Estimator or Trainee Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced estimators or those looking to build a career in the demolition sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for demolition and enabling works
- Review project specifications, drawings, and site conditions
- Liaise directly with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Attend pre-tender site visits and meetings
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth project handovers
- Support the commercial team with pricing strategies and bid submissions
Person Specification
- Confident and personable in client-facing interactions
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
