Commercial Construction Site Manager Birmingham (Nationwide Travel Required) Full-Time | Commercial Projects | £50,000–£65,000 per annum Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects in the hospitality sector? Our Client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee exciting developments across the UK. Key Responsibilities * Lead site operations on commercial construction projects from inception to completion. * Manage all aspects of works including groundworks, drainage, steel frame installations, demolition, and fit-outs. * Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, CDM requirements, and project specifications. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. * Work collaboratively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project delivery. * Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and daily progress reports. Requirements * Proven experience managing the full construction cycle on commercial projects. * Strong technical knowledge of groundworks, steel structures, refurbishments, and fit-outs. * SMSTS and First Aid Certification (required). * CSCS card (preferred). * Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel nationwide.
