Role Description
We are seeking a confident and driven Litigation Solicitor who will be able to handle a challenging but rewarding caseload and to work in close liaison with the Head of Department.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience in running files independently throughout the claims and litigation processes, as well as a strong capacity to work collaboratively on higher value and complex cases, often with sophisticated clients.
The ability to handle ADR and appropriate interlocutory advocacy will also be required, as will familiarity with High Court procedures through to trial.

- Confident, articulate, and able to build rapport quickly with clients and other team members.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and online tools.
- Sound technical awareness of applicable law covering, preferably, both professional negligence and commercial litigation; dual specialism is not, however, a pre‑requisite.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on efficient progress of cases.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow into a senior lawyer's role.
