WRK digital is exclusively partnered with Sanctuary as they go through a huge and exciting digital transformation. Sanctuary is the UK’s largest Housing Association, providing 125,000 homes. A large scale technology transformation is happening across the organisation both internally and externally. We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst. This may be your first role stepping into a Lead role by title, but in your career to date you will have experience of managing others (1-2-1s, appraisals etc.) and prioritising work. Reporting to the BA Manager, you will act as the right hand person ensuring efficient ways of working whilst also leading, coaching and mentoring the team (minimising duplication and maximising value).
This role requires you to also roll your sleeves up and work as an active Business Analyst deployable to projects.
- Lead, coach and mentor other BAs
- Resource management
- Lead and ensure the creation of design artefacts and prototypes as required to ensure solutions meet user needs
- Ensure Technology testers and operations teams are supported in their testing and preparation for adopting a solution prior to its deployment and during transition into service
