Key responsibilities

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills to document user and customer requirements using a range of user and customer research methods
  • Elicit requirements via functional and non-functional methods
  • Business process mapping and modelling
  • Create and support the creation of design artefacts and protypes as required to ensure solutions meet user needs
