Interim Head of Process Excellence required ASAP / within 4 weeks maximum to work for a global and complex organisation. This is a key strategic hire requiring an individual who is experienced engaging with and building confidence at Senior Leadership Level.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of setting up Process Excellence functions across a large complex group at an enterprise level, likely with a significant global, distributed environment. You will have deep knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt.
We are looking for a seasoned commercial leader who has delivered Process Excellence optimisation across a complex and global enterprise, embedded new ways of working aligned to a strategic vision for future ways-of-working, in a pragmatic and measured way. Returning continuous improvement strategies to realise early and ongoing value, a community of practitioners through training and embedding frameworks alongside the engagement of the Executive stakeholders to ensure momentum and confidence are felt throughout the transformation.
This role covers User Experience Design and Process Design. You will be a strategic leader who can set up, run and own a global Process of Excellence. The team are well embedded and require a leader to take ownership of the strategic direction of the work, creating the Centre of Excellence practices and supporting initiatives across the organisation to embed best practice.
Supporting the team to develop in their roles, stretch and grow their capabilities, but bringing that wealth of experience to supercharge the initial transformational effort. Working with 3rd parties you will own and embed new ways of working. Creating a scalable process which will hold the customer at the core and create efficiencies for the business.
Our client is going through a significant period of Transformation which will affect operational and cultural behaviours. It is an exciting place to be! This role is for 6 months initially, inside IR35 or a fixed term contract for 6 months.
