WRK digital are supporting a high growth consultancy to identify an experienced Product Leader to support an end user client with their acceleration toward a true product centred operating model. The ideal candidate will have worked in a large scale organisation with experience working across both software development and technology delivery squads.

Key outcomes:

  • Design the future operating model and supporting processes for an enterprise environment of 100+ squads
  • Conducting maturity assessments and creating performance frameworks to inform how the teams deliver against the desired end state
  • A 'do-er' someone who will put pen to paper and help to shape the future of the organisation

Background:

  • An excellent product leader with significant experience in large, complex environments
  • A strategic ability to design the future state, but a practitioner who will lead from the front in delivery of the solution
  • Experience designing operating model, change flows and maturity assessments
  • Someone who understands all perspectives of Product, Design, Engineering and Delivery
