The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 Β£ per year.
Permanent, 3 days per week onsite in London, occasional travel overseas. WRK digital requires a Transformation / Programme Director to work on orchestrating multiple programmes of work to find a harmonious way forward.
It is imperative that the successful candidate should have consultancy experience. Ideally you will currently work at one of the big four (Deloitte, E&Y, PwC, KPMG) or MBB (McKinsey, Bain or Boston). You will be looking to make a move into industry and will bring with you a wealth of experience managing technology transformation.
Programmes of work in this role will touch back office operations and customer facing operations. You will have a high level of EQ and you will be looking to make a long term career move.
This is a hugely acquisitive organisation that would like to realign the business to product ways of thinking & working, therefore you will have experience working with product based organisations, digital product or scaled agile organisations.
You will work well under your own initiative and have a background in delivery. You will manage project progress / dependencies / people in a product driven manner.
