Head of Portfolio Resource Management, hybrid / 3 days per week in London. WRK digital is proud to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of Informa PLC as part of a large & exciting transformation which has resulted in a new technology operating model! This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a FTSE 50 business during a significant period of change.
Informa is a leading international events, intelligence, and scholarly research group with 11,000+ colleagues across 30+ countries. Informa PLC is a complex & heavily acquisitive business which means change is a constant, therefore the successful candidate will work well under their own initiative.
Reporting to the Chief Technology Strategy Officer & also the VP Planning & Performance this role sits in the Strategic Planning & Performance team. The Team’s mission is to ensure that the strategic priorities are effectively crystallised, planned, resourced and executed! We are looking for commercially minded, proactive & experienced technology individuals.
In this role you will ensure effective sourcing, allocation, and management of resources—people, financial, and recharge models. You will lead a high-performing team of Senior Portfolio Associates and Portfolio Associates. Driving future planning, prioritisation, and delivery you will be a forward thinking individual who will enjoy solving business challenges and be willing to contribute & adopt new processes and ways of thinking depending on the need. You will be commercially minded & looking to make an impact through strategy planning & execution.
For this role Informa are specifically looking for the successful individual to have operated in the portfolio & transformation space. You may not have done this specific Portfolio Resource Management role before but your skill set will complement the requirements of the job. For this position our client is looking for an individual who has ideally worked in Consultancy before. The skills gained from consultancy will strongly complement this role.
