We're working with a Financial Services client on a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join a high-profile change initiative. This role requires someone who can take business requirements and processes, translate them into end-to-end solution designs, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Solutions Architect on large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong Microsoft Azure background with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Experience within UK Retail Banking, ideally Mortgages & Savings.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, event-driven architecture, non-functional requirements, resilience and governance.
  • Demonstrable end-to-end ownership from requirements through design and into delivery.
